Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, workspace details, and plan status when you create or use an ASEEpilot account.
• Product research and listing workflow information that you choose to create, save, import, generate, or process inside ASEEpilot.
• Usage and activity information, such as feature usage, plan limits, automation job status, error logs, and security events needed to operate the platform.
• Billing information handled through Stripe, such as subscription status, plan, invoices, and payment events. ASEEpilot does not store full payment card numbers.
• Browser extension workflow information, such as the draft job ID, approved listing draft data, supported marketplace form fields, media needed for a draft, and fill status.

How We Use Information

• To provide product research, opportunity scoring, listing draft preparation, supplier context, workspace management, billing, and support.
• To let the ASEEpilot Marketplace Draft Filler extension load an approved draft, fill supported seller form fields, and report whether the fill was completed, blocked, or needs review.
• To improve reliability, prevent misuse, secure accounts, enforce plan limits, and troubleshoot product or extension issues.
• To communicate service updates, billing notices, support responses, and important account or security information.

Browser Extension Privacy

• The ASEEpilot Marketplace Draft Filler extension has a single purpose: helping ASEEpilot users fill supported marketplace listing forms with approved ASEEpilot draft data.
• The extension may read supported listing form fields, insert approved draft content, fetch draft media, store temporary job data locally in the browser, and report fill status back to ASEEpilot.
• The extension does not publish listings automatically. Sellers review and publish manually.
• The extension does not collect passwords, payment card numbers, health information, personal communications, location data, or full browsing history.
• The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. Extension code is packaged with the submitted extension.

How We Share Information

• We do not sell user data.
• We share information only with service providers needed to operate ASEEpilot, such as hosting, database, authentication, billing, analytics, email, and support providers.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the platform, to investigate abuse, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We do not use or transfer user data for creditworthiness or lending decisions.

Data Retention

• We keep account, workspace, billing, research, draft, and activity records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
• Temporary extension job data stored locally in the browser is used for the active fill workflow and can be cleared by removing the extension data from your browser.

Your Choices

• You can update account details, manage billing, change plan settings, or contact support from ASEEpilot.
• You can uninstall the browser extension at any time from your browser extension settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us.

Security

• We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, workspace, billing, and workflow information.
• No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and reviewing marketplace listings before publishing.

Children's Privacy

• ASEEpilot is intended for business and seller workflows. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required.
